I will partner with you by investing/paying for and providing the following services:

 

1.  MLS Listing and advertising. Pull together all information needed for a thorough MLS listing. Notice of your listing, updates, price changes, open house notices will automatically be sent to 100’s of public and real-estate agency websites in addition to MLS through special boosting software I pay for.

 

 2. Professional photography of the interior and exterior of your home. Pictures will be placed in your MLS listing.

 

 3.  If your home needs staging, . . .I will bring in a professional designer/stager to look at your home and provide cost effective suggestions on what should be  done to enhance home for public viewing and to get best offer to buy.

 

4.  Professional “for sale sign & post” will be installed in yard with best visibility. This sign will have a brochure box attached and I will place pricing & description fliers in it so that drive by traffic can easily take a flier.

 

5.  I’ll provide open houses and advertise those open houses to the public through MLS and the 100s of websites that interact with MLS. I put out signs to direct people to the open house and provide beverages and treats during open house.

 

6.  I will send you weekly reports of how many people have viewed your listing as well as show comparable active sales or closed sales going on in your area.

 

7.  I will follow up with every realtor that schedules a showing of your home. I will forward all feedback made about home and interest level after the showing.

 

8.  If a price change takes place, . . .I will reverse prospect and let every realtor that has viewed your home online know about price change.
